This plan is designed for those students who will benefit from a step-by-step method of real estate investing. Each step of this process is assigned as a homework assignment with a due date.  It takes you from the very beginning of looking for properties to how to complete the deal.  This includes:

• Selecting and implementing your marketing tools
• How to talk to sellers; then evaluating, negotiating and signing the deal
• Partnership with you on your deal (if needed)
• Assistance in obtaining funding for your deal
• Exit strategies
• Guidance in selling or wholesaling your property
• Keeping you abreast of creative techniques to better structure your deals
• Ultimate Buyer's Earnest Money Contract (Value = $3,000)
• Learning effective property management techniques by actually managing a property (Value = Immeasurable)

This plan is designed for those who work well on his/her own with guidance from an experienced mentor.  It is a coaching environment to assist you in meeting your goals more quickly.

• First month's mentoring - 2.0 hours
  This includes a complete review of your current circumstances to best determine the appropriate path for you.  It also includes instruction on the first steps for your investing.
• Additional 17.5 hours of mentoring at regular intervals established during the first meeting.  Mentoring includes coaching related to organizing, buying, improving, creative financing, managing and selling properties.
• Ultimate Buyer’s Earnest Money Contract included (Value = $3,000)
• Learn effective property management techniques by actually managing a property (Value = Immeasurable)

Consulting is available for those who may need assistance with specific questions regarding real estate investing, structuring deals or wanting to learn more about a particular topic.

• $200.00 per hour - regular rate
• $175.00 per hour - discounted rate for RICH Club members and students who have taken one or more courses
