Gopy Swamy has been actively investing in the Houston Real Estate Market since 1979.  He is the president of Chase American Investments, LLC and Chase American Corporation.  These Houston firms specialize in Real Estate investments and investment counseling and mentoring.  Gopy is also one of the founders and past presidents of the Realty Investment Club of Houston (RICH Club), the second largest investment group in the nation, with approximately 2200 members.  As an investor, he has successfully bought, managed and sold many, many properties ranging from single family homes to multi-unit commercial properties.  Since he is still actively buying, managing, and selling properties, he can pass on the most up-to-date information to his clients and students regarding the Houston real estate market.

Gopy Swamy’s techniques have been proven effective in both the up and down Houston real estate markets.  He is a believer in using simple but effective techniques that help build wealth steadily.

While serving as the president of the Realty Investment Club of Houston, he quadrupled the membership during a declining real estate market and guided the club to become one of the nation’s most highly regarded investment groups.

Gopy has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine and has done graduate work in Business Administration at Wayne State University in Detroit.  He has chaired many community-oriented projects and has received numerous awards for his outstanding leadership.
